What is Kundalini Power Yoga?
Kundalini energy is a powerful 'sleeping ' energy in our Muladhara (root chakra). Through various active practices, we can move the energy throughout our body, and it can be used to heal and rejuvenate our body, soul, and mind.
We combine various practices, such as active meditation, yogic kriyas, asanas, vision, dance, and pranayamic breathing, to achieve the desired benefits of opening up blocked energies and helping the healing process.

Why a regular program?
Like any practice, our yogic practice requires discipline and dedication. Our program is designed to help people see the benefits and effects after the end (and during the program). A regular program helps to keep the body and mind focused without many distractions. Also, the program is done under guidance and in a curated group that will help individuals share and grow together.
